Installation Problems

If you have any problems during the installation process, including no installation instructions, installation problems, missing accessories, etc., please contact our customer support team service@suncreatoutdoor.com.

Cancellation

The order can be canceled within 12 hours after being placed. And the website will process the cancellation within 48 hours. If the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

Return & Exchange：

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return or exchange policy after you receiving the items. There are 2 situations of returning or exchange products:

If the product has quality issues,gets damaged/misses parts in transit or you received the wrong items, please contact our customer service email service@suncreatoutdoor.com, the website will send you free return label.
If the products don’t have the issues listed in the “1”above, we do not provide with free return label, all the costs of return or exchange will be borne by the customers.

Return & Exchange Steps:

Contact the service support team, explain the reason for return/ exchange and provide with files (order number, defect pics or videos) to help us clarify the situation.
Service support team will process your application within 24 hours and decide whether to refund or exchange according to the situation.
If the return/ exchange application is approved, we will send you the return label in 2 business days and please ship back the item with original package in 7 business days.
(If you do not use the return label provided by us, please send the tracking number to our email after the product is returned)
As for exchange, we will send the tracking number to your mail box within 2 business days.
All products purchased through www.suncreatoutdoor.com are free shipping, and the shipping costs of products purchased through market partners (ie, Wal-Mart, Amazon) are subject to the market’s return policy.

Note:
The returned packages are required to be packed in good condition, complete with accessories/gifts, uncleaned, undamaged, unmarked and not to affect re-sale. Otherwise, the item may not be returnable.

Products purchased on other platforms does not support the return and exchange on this website.

If you returned the product without using the return label from us, please send us the tracking number by email after returning the product. Otherwise, any subsequent loss will not be borne by us.

Non-quality reasons return or exchange will not be supported for special offer products purchased on this website.

Please contact the official email address for any refund/exchange application. No return or exchange without prior application will be approved.

Please ship out the product within 7 days after getting the return label.

Refund

If the products have quality issues, get damaged in transit or you received wrong items. We will provide you with free return label and a full refund will be issued.
If the components are missing, we will arrange to ship out free replacement or provide with free return/exchange.
If the reason of return or exchange is customer does not like, does not need the item or places wrong order, the return/exchange freight will be charged by the customers. We will deduct the freight from the refund.
If the gift does not to be returned, the gift fee will be deducted from the refund.

After the website receiving a return or partial refund request, the customer service team will deal with it within 48 hours. Once the refund application is approved, the refund will be issued to your original paid account within 3-5 business days.
